Zodiac Insecurities

Aries

March 21 - April 19

Fiery Arians feel insecure when they fail to be the best at what they do. They are born extremely competitive, striving to perfection in every field or activity they choose to do. If someone outperforms an Aries representative, the latter gets engulfed in envy and bitterness.

They start doubting their skills and accomplishments, which leaves them very vulnerable. Once they embrace their biggest insecurity, those natural-born leaders can turn it into their strength. Remember, the only person you should compete with is yourself, and BTW who can deny that thinking big and setting up big goals is a good habit?

Taurus

April 20 - May 20

Taureans feel insecure when they doubt their position in society. They are sometimes deeply worried about their status and rank, as compared to those of people around them. They are constantly trying to measure up to the accomplishments of those up the social ladder and meet the supposed expectations.

In other words, Taurus is stuck in the vicious circle of never-ending doubts about how they are fitting in. In addition to this, Taurus representatives are sometimes too stubborn and too inflexible to doubt their own style and taste. Therefore, embracing their insecurity is the first step towards achieving more in life.

Gemini

May 21 - June 20

Gemini representatives feel insecure when they are not keeping up to speed. Their curiosity drives them to poke their nose into everything that is going on around them. At times it can even become annoying, but it is not pure interest – Gemini people genuinely care about their close and loved ones.

They hate it when their friends and family members don’t share joys or problems with them; staying out of the loop is the worst experience for Gemini natives. Another insecurity typical of this artistic and expressive sign hides in their urge to collect new experiences. Being stuck in one place sounds like the end of the world for them.

Cancer feels insecure when self-esteem issues resurface. They may even know that it’s only a contrived problem, and yet feel extremely unsure of what they are worth. To do them justice, Cancers do not find faults with others; they see the strengths of people, but when they decide to dig deeper into their own personality, everything they can focus on is weaknesses.

Being oversuspicious by nature, they are haunted by the thought that they are not good enough. Their insecurity can grow into a real monster eating them up inside if they fail to build a strong long-term relationship or their current one is coming to an end for some reason (anyway, Cancer reps will surely blame themselves in the first place).

Leo

Confidence is the cornerstone of Leo's personality. Do they really have insecurities? Impossible, but true: Leos feel insecure about their looks. Leos are known for their self-confidence and attractiveness, but they are actually very much concerned about their appearance. When they are not looking great, they feel down.

It’s very important for a Leo to present him/herself as is right and proper, otherwise the royal sign will get quite self-conscious, even if they fail in something tiny or have a bad hair day. Arrogant and dramatic at times, it’s hard to deal with them as they won’t settle for anything but the best - and they always know what’s the best for them.

Virgo

Virgos feel insecure when they don’t have full control of the situation. They put a lot of effort into maintaining stability and when something turns the neat order of their life into chaos, Virgos may just lose it. They need to fully manage everything that is going on around and know that everything will work out as they have planned.

This correlates with another insecurity - they tend to be hypercritical not only of other people but of themselves in the first place. Trying to meet their own high standards, they eventually stop enjoying the moment. Virgo people should embrace their insecurity by trying not to overanalyze every tiny step they take.

Libra

Libras feel insecure when their reputation is in danger. They love nothing more than making a good impression, this is why keeping their face is an essential part of their balance, especially in front of those whom they admire and respect. If only Libras could care less of what others may think!

Striving for everyone’s approval, Libra representatives can even sometimes sacrifice their own beliefs, interests, morals, and whatnots for the sake of being appreciated and approved. They often have a friend who is always there for them to give them a so much-needed ego boost.
