Billing and Renewals

THE “PREMIUM RUNE READINGS” SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR “PREMIUM RUNE READINGS” SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE END OF THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. THE “PREMIUM RUNE READINGS” SUBSCRIPTION RENEWS USING THE PAYMENT INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED WHEN YOU PURCHASED YOUR “PREMIUM RUNE READINGS” SUBSCRIPTION. TO DESCRIBE THE PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION AND THE COMPANY, WE USE THE NAMES “ASTROZENS” AND “PREMIUM RUNE READINGS” TO ISSUE INVOICES AND RECEIPTS. THE SERVICE OF THE PAID SUBSCRIPTION ITSELF IS PROVIDED BY EVERYDAYHOROSCOPES AT https://everydayhoroscopes.com.

For example, if you buy the monthly subscription “Premium Rune Readings” on April 25th, you have access to the features you have paid for until and including May 24th. If your “Premium Rune Readings” subscription started with a promotion or trial at a reduced rate, your renewal will be higher than your initial rate after the trial or the promotion ends. If there are any issues with settling the payment on the original due date, your billing dates may be altered and shifted.

If you start a trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

We reserve the right to terminate your “Premium Rune Readings” at any time if attempts to charge your payment details remain unsuccessful or if your payment details expire or are rejected. You are solely responsible for any fees charged to your payment details by the issuer, bank, or financial institution, including, but not limited to, overdraft, insufficient funds, and over-the-credit-limit fees. We reserve the right to charge you for any unauthorized use of your “Premium Rune Readings” by third parties.

Pricing Change

We reserve the right to change our prices in the future. Should we change our prices, we will notify you. In such a case, we will not charge your payment details for automatic subscription renewal without your approval of the changed pricing.

Codes and Discounts

If you use a promo code and/or a discount code, or participate in any sort of promotion that is held by EverydayHoroscopes and that gives you the right to purchase “Premium Rune Readings” at a reduced rate, supplemental terms and conditions provided in connection with the code or promotion may apply. By using the code or participating in a promotion, you agree to such supplemental terms and conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms of Use and such supplemental terms, the supplemental terms shall prevail. Promo codes/discounts are also subject to the general regulations listed below:

  • A promo code may only be used once per user.

  • A promo code must be used in compliance with law, for the intended purpose and audience.

  • A promo code may not be shared, sold, duplicated, or otherwise transferred. It may not be posted on a publicly accessible forum or otherwise made available to the public, unless we give permission to do so.

  • We may disable a promo code at any time and for any reason, without any obligation on our part.

  • A promo code may only be used in accordance with the specific terms that are especially set forth for such promo code.

  • A promo code may not be redeemed for cash.

  • A promo code may have an expiration date; it may expire before you use it.

  • We may occasionally run promotional campaigns, e.g., offer free products or services with your purchase, in association with certain products and services. Refunds

Except as specifically provided otherwise, PAYMENTS CANNOT BE FULLY REFUNDED. Unless required by law, there are reasons for which it may be impossible to grant you a full refund including, but not limited to, unauthorized use of your “Premium Rune Readings” by third parties, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms of Use, or your decision to cancel your “Premium Rune Readings” after your trial period ended and you did not cancel your “Premium Rune Readings” either yourself or by submitting a cancellation request to our support team. In connection with “Premium Rune Readings”, we only review requests for partial refunds for your current subscription period. You can submit your request at https://everydayhoroscopes.com/contact. Please note that it may take up to 30 days to respond to your requests. A subscription to “Premium Rune Readings” canceled in the midst of a subscription period shall be considered a pro rata cancellation. This means that the refund amount is calculated based on the remaining length of the current subscription period.

Cancelling Paid Subscription

  • contact us via your EverydayHoroscopes account at https://everydayhoroscopes.com/contact, or at https://everydayhoroscopes.com/runes (via a “Contact our Premium Support Team” box available for subscribers to “Premium Rune Readings”). Please note that, in this case, processing your request may take some time. If your subscription to “Premium Rune Readings” is renewed after you submitted your cancellation request, you shall obtain a full refund for the renewal charges.

Astro-Store Orders

We offer digital destiny readings and their interpretations (products) at https://everydayhoroscopes.com/astro-store. Since our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase via the Internet, we normally do not offer refunds.

All refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. We only review refund requests that are made within thirty (30) days after your purchase. To review a refund request, we rely on log files that contain personally identifiable information about a purchase, including the purchase status and successful access to the purchased product.
